Staff seemed helpful and courteous, at least in terms of what to be expected at goodwill location. Mostly very distressed items on the floor, more so than the typical goodwill probably because when I picked up a nice vintage item to purchase I overheard one employee say to another when she saw it in my cart..."who put that item out here, we save all the good stuff for ourselves to take home and sell so we can make money" then she proceeded to pick up a few other items and take them off the floor and to the back room. Correct me if I am wrong but is it not the point of goodwill to sell the merchandise to support their programs, not let the employees take the items home to sell themselves.
We took a truck full of items to drop off but the lady who came to unload was so nasty in saying that "we don't take all these things" and started picking through them. I understand they don't take everything but it's was her attitude and the way she did it. We had 4 more big boxes of good clothes but did not feel like coming back to bring it here.
Has best halloween selection. Great book selection. Not as good with shoes, but lots of clothes. Clean store, but gets dingy at times.
Thank you #goodwill for selling me rat chewed shirts and than telling me on the phone that I can get a refund if I have the shirts and receipt (which I have both) but when I get here I'm told by a manager (maria) im a liar and I made the chew marks myself. with other people standing in line you degrade, mock, and disrespected me. You are to be checking your items before they are put out to be sold!!! You are to check the items before they are bagged. If my hands wouldn't have been full I would have checked them my damn self. I will never shop here agian this isnt the first time I have been disrespected. I have also been told several times I need to waste gas to come back another day because you don't do your job properly.
