This store is close to work, so I don't go in often, that's why I was pleasantly surprised when they remembered my name when I walked in! Always friendly and they know their products and services.
Had the phone I wanted and also had great deals on accessories. I saved money with a bundle package.
When I walked in and saw how busy it was, I was sure I was in for a long wait. But no! I was helped in no time! Took advantage of Verizon's switcher program and moved my family over from Sprint. Everything about their switcher program was clearly explained and I'm so happy to finally make the move to Verizon that I've been wanting to do for so long.
